L\u2019inflammation se caract\u00e9rise par une diminution de la production, une utilisation inefficace des aliments, une mauvaise reproduction et une augmentation des co\u00fbts des soins de sant\u00e9. Les <strong><span style=\"color: #81ab34;\"><a style=\"color: #81ab34;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nutrex.eu\/fr\/articles\/les-endotoxines-expliquees\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">endotoxines<\/a><\/span><\/strong> ou lipopolysaccharides (LPS) sont une source importante d\u2019inflammation. Les animaux de production sont continuellement expos\u00e9s aux endotoxines tout au long de leur cycle de vie. De plus, la pr\u00e9sence de ces toxines a \u00e9t\u00e9 associ\u00e9e \u00e0 de multiples troubles m\u00e9taboliques. Il est donc essentiel d\u2019\u00e9laborer une strat\u00e9gie efficace pour \u00e9liminer l\u2019impact n\u00e9gatif des endotoxines afin de r\u00e9duire les pertes \u00e9conomiques pour les agriculteurs.<\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"block block-editor text-left pt-15 pt-md-20 pt-lg-30  \" data-aos=\"\">\n    <div class=\"container\">\n        <div class=\"row\">\n            <div class=\"col   text-left\">\n                                    <h4 class=\"nag__h4 h4\">Le co\u00fbt \u00e9lev\u00e9 de l\u2019inflammation<\/h4>\n                \n                                    <div class=\"c-text\">\n                        <p>Les endotoxines sont reconnues par des r\u00e9cepteurs de type Toll (TLR), g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement TLR4, qui entra\u00eenent l\u2019activation du syst\u00e8me immunitaire. La reconnaissance des endotoxines par leurs TLR respectifs initie des voies de signalisation, qui entra\u00eenent la translocation du facteur de transcription, le facteur nucl\u00e9aire kappa b\u00eata (NF-\u03baB), dans le noyau, ce qui augmente l\u2019expression des cytokines pro-inflammatoires. Ces cytokines aident \u00e0 d\u00e9clencher une r\u00e9ponse du foie \u00e0 la prot\u00e9ine de phase aigu\u00eb (PPA). Un syst\u00e8me immunitaire activ\u00e9 a besoin d\u2019une plus grande quantit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9nergie et de nutriments qu\u2019un syst\u00e8me immunitaire au repos.
