En effet, les mycotoxines telles que le DON, le FUM et le T-2 peuvent diminuer la production de mucines (A) et endommager les jonctions serr\u00e9es (B). En outre, les mycotoxines affectent la viabilit\u00e9 des cellules intestinales et r\u00e9duisent la prolif\u00e9ration cellulaire, ce qui r\u00e9duit la capacit\u00e9 de l\u2019intestin \u00e0 se r\u00e9parer et \u00e0 se reconstituer. Cette perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 accrue de la couche \u00e9pith\u00e9liale intestinale favorise la fuite\/translocation non seulement des mycotoxines mais aussi des endotoxines dans la circulation.
